The thing about rankings, to be honest, is a bit childish, about the best golf courses and blah blah blah.
For me it's subjective. What's best for me may not be best for you.
No? That course you like to go to so much is probably not on the classic list, but maybe it is the best for you. Because of the people, the location, because it has a special charm.
